Taunton Baptist Church is a growing, multi-national congregation located in the heart of the county town of Somerset. Our mission is to foster faith in Jesus and strengthen connections with the local community, with a particular focus on young adults, youth and families/children.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Minister, Leadership Team and volunteers to advance the church’s discipleship objectives. This new role has come about because we sense an incoming season of revival especially among young adults and God’s call to us to prepare for it now. Therefore, the role involves supporting existing ministries and pioneering new initiatives, helping the Leadership Team discern opportunities for growth and spiritual development.
